Great place. The staff is amazing. They make sure everyone is taking care of.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this place. My aunt is in here and she is really enjoying it and everyone is friendly and it’s clean. Highly recommend.

This place is a nightmare , my family member was here for rehab,within a few days she had an unattended fall which sent he to the hospital,the nurse told me my family member was a 2 person assist which was not right,my family had to go in everyday to walk her,she wasn't eatting and they either left her in a wheelchair or her bed which we asked them not to.i was excluded from meetings because they said my family member didn't want me there,my family member said that was a lie,she wanted me there but they lied.when she was discharged they said she was 24 hr care and they would send in help which was a lie,nobody came.the nurse screamed at me in front of a group of people which is very unprofessional. A month later now my family member is doing great and walking no thanks to them,my family had to do this on our own she is eatting good and exercising, she thanks me everyday and hugs me and she is so grateful to be home.this nurse made it sound like I was just a housekeeper and errand running which is not true I do everything.my family member will never go to this place again the nurse has no compassion and doesn't belong in that job.

My sister is at this facility. She is 85 and she’s like a lot of 85 year olds. She recently had several strokes and spent a week at hospital. She has not been out of bed for a week. Back at Pine Ridge three days now and has the same hospital gown on. She’s not getting skilled nursing care. I was there 2 hrs and no one came to check on her. Her roommate was screaming for someone to help her. Screaming Mother Fr and talking about it like it’s jail. I could not help her because I don’t know her treatment plan. She is bedridden and screams. I recorded it! When one nurse checked in the lady was quiet and the nurse didn’t even talk to her. She just left as if the patient was satisfied. The window is opened for her but my sister isn’t well. It’s a messed up place. I’m looking for someone or place that protects seniors from mistreatment. They need to be reported.

I love this facility - I have been with this building for almost 10 years. We have a great team. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The building is clean. The activities and therapy departments are great! One of the best things about Pine is that it is a small building making it feel very home like!
