My father currently lives at Primrose of Marion, and our family has had such a wonderful experience. The staff truly care about the residents and always treat everyone with kindness, respect, and compassion. My dad loves the food, has made so many great friends, and genuinely feels at home there. The community is always very clean, welcoming, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns, the Executive Director has been incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive. It’s reassuring to know our loved one is in such good hands.…

This community feels just like home. The building is warm, inviting, and beautifully kept — every space is clean and thoughtfully decorated. The staff is truly exceptional — always friendly, patient, and attentive. It’s clear they take great pride in making residents feel comfortable and cared for!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community! A loved one of mine lives here, and the care and compassion they receive from the staff is truly unmatched. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team goes above and beyond to make the residents feel safe, valued, and at home. It brings me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Truly grateful for this amazing place!

I don’t even know where to start with Primrose in Marion. I would give 10 stars if I could.Complete warmth and caring from the time we walked through their doors!. I have never been so impressed with their staff and could rest every night knowing they were giving my mom great care!. They all work as a team and I never ever had a bad experience with any staff member working there! I highly, highly recommend checking out Primrose in Marion for your loved one. I have visited Primrose of Marion several times and have been greeted by warm, friendly and professional staff. The residents are welcoming as well, happy and talking to each other and always ask if they can help me! Oh and they said the meals are good! The grounds are immaculate as well as the interior! Clean, odor free and up to date in furnishings. I just visited for a Christmas event and they have decorated Christmas trees in the lobby, sitting area and in each hall they have a different theme. Once you enter you feel warm, cozy and safe! I've visited quite a few Senior Living Communities in my years and in my profession, this community I give a 5 Star rating! I would suggest visiting, I've never felt pressured!
