I Loved it there, The Food and The help was great
Ms Andrea and Ms Mina were amazing! The staff was just amazing with my father’s care. I appreciated the laughs I had with some of the nurses and the conversations we had. These beautiful ladies were sweet, kind, and respectful. I’m honestly a little confused about all the bad reviews. I was worried at first when I saw all the negative comments but am very impressed with the care my father received. I appreciate everything they did with my dad. Even during his difficult moments they remained calm and kind towards him. Thank you all!
Rude, incommunicative, no simple common courtesy skills when asked for information pertaining to the care of a patient. Its concerning that Nurse S...n, prefers to hangup on people, rather than assist with information. this is a very poorly run staff that functions based on the time on the clock and not the quality of care. I'm curious if any of the administration reads any of the reviews. There's such a societal concern for equity, diversity, acceptance, etc, but in reality, I'm not sure if this staff knows what it means! Shame Shame! Don't go here, they are awful!
Well understaffed. Took over a half hour to get help to go poop. Then try try to make me feel guilty as to the fact of them being understaffed. Not going to happen. I’ve heard all but goods thingy about this place but know experiencing for myself…… no way. So far rehab has been very professional. Nursing not so much. One other thing, all the nurses do is complain about their own conditions!!!
At Promedica rehab and nursing home have the best care good nurses good nurses aide Good housekeeping take good care of rehab they make sure you get what you need before you I thought it was the best place ever they were so good and helped me so much much if you had to be in one that would that would be the best one to be in they care about their patience
The nurses refused to give me my pain medication as ordered. I was in a great deal of pain and the nurse (Jennifer )refused to call the doctor turns out I had a blood clot in my leg. Towards the end before I was discharged I did everything by myself except get my meals and pain meds. These are nurses who do not know how to give medication. And I was labeled a bad patient because I would not lie there and keep my mouth shut. When I was discharged Bella the social worker did not send any of my paperwork to my insurance company so it has taken much longer to get what I need, another payback ? The stna’s spend more time gossiping and on their phones than talking care of patients. Aaron was constantly sitting at the desk, I always had to ask her if she was my stna. I complained to Amber(DON) it fell on deaf ears. There is so much more Please be careful!
