4.5 · 16 reviewsIf you are considering this facility, please be very hypervigilant with your loved one. I lost my grandmother while she was in skilled nursing due to blatant neglect. She was left unattended and unchecked and unmedicated for 14.5 hours which resulted in a sever stroke of her left hemisphere and complete loss of her right side and speech. After review by the department of health they were found to be negligent to other patients who had stage 3 pressure wounds due to straps being left under them for extended periods of time. So think twice if you cannot check on your loved one very frequently,…

If you are considering this facility, please be very hypervigilant with your loved one. I lost my grandmother while she was in skilled nursing due to blatant neglect. She was left unattended and unchecked and unmedicated for 14.5 hours which resulted in a sever stroke of her left hemisphere and complete loss of her right side and speech. After review by the department of health they were found to be negligent to other patients who had stage 3 pressure wounds due to straps being left under them for extended periods of time. So think twice if you cannot check on your loved one very frequently, cause they only care about the money. Also, when medical records were requested, they charged almost $300 for 4.5 days of care, which they "missed" all documentation regarding the last 14 hours.
Very clean and modern facility. Great and knowledgeable staff. Fun activities geared toward keeping patients active. Wonderful physical therapy department. Highly recommend this facility

Thank You Rockland Ridge We ended up here because of a fall and a broken leg (Mother in law) We entered this facility with hope and anticipation, and we were not disappointed! A warm welcome from the front desk staff and nurses set the tone for a remarkable experience. The administrator displayed genuine kindness and met with us promptly, demonstrating the facility's commitment to patient care. The surroundings were spotless and exquisite, reminiscent of a luxurious Marriott property. The therapy team showed compassion and understanding, providing exceptional support. It's a beautiful facility, inside and out. Very clean and well maintained. There are tons of activities for the patients.The staff Amazing, kind, caring and good at at their jobs. Meals are superb !

This is by far the best nursing facility in the area! I love working with our top notch management team and rockstar staff. Our recent deficiency-free survey exemplifies the care and service we provide.
Beautiful facility on the outside, however management staff are not helpful or flexible and arevery dependent on aids. I would not send my loved ones there after seeing some of the STNAs they are allowing to work there. Most of the nurses are wonderful and help when they can. Such a toxic work environment.
