With the loving care of Sandra her staff my mother thrived and lived out 3 very happy years. She had dementia and Alzheimer’s and had stopped any meaningful communication with us before she went to Safe Haven. Within a month we saw a huge difference in her health and spirit. Visits became fun again. She felt at home and referred to Safe Haven as such. The set up Safe Haven was a perfect fit for someone in my mother’s condition. The care she got was amazing, but…

This is the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. When my mother went to Safe Haven, we did not think she had much time left. With the loving care of Sandra her staff my mother thrived and lived out 3 very happy years. She had dementia and Alzheimer’s and had stopped any meaningful communication with us before she went to Safe Haven. Within a month we saw a huge difference in her health and spirit. Visits became fun again. She felt at home and referred to Safe Haven as such. The set up Safe Haven was a perfect fit for someone in my mother’s condition. The care she got was amazing, but watching my mom feel like she was living and hanging out with friends was the best part. You don’t always think of laughter when you visit a retirement home, but the way the staff joked with my mom and put a smile on her face was priceless. There is always a little guilt when you can’t do as much for your parents as you would like. I lived outside the country, so it was more so for me. Safe Haven took that weight by making videos call easy and just knowing there was no better place for my mom.
Safe Haven is truly a blessing to my family. They take such amazing care of my mom that I never have to worry about her. We couldn't have found a better place. Mom isn't easy to please, she loves it there! That says it all.
My father was a resident at Safe Haven Elder Care and everything was great! The staff was very nice, but change every 4-6 months, as she has staff from outside of the country. Communication with the family was great. [name removed] is amazing, she was fantastic. We would recommend this facility to family and friends/others.

This was such a wonderful, well kept and active place for seniors/dementia people. I would highly recommend [name removed] to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, and active location for a family member.
The community is completely spotless, the dinning room and lobby where beautifully decorated with lots of natural light throughout the complex. I was very impressed with our visit and the staff was very helpful and informative during our tour.
My family could not be happier with Safe Haven. It is absolutely amazing....the owner, the staff and the facility is beyond excellent.
This facility provided my grandmother a warm, safe, friendly, caring , home-like atmosphere. We are very grateful for their compassionate and professional care as well as their transparency and sensitivity in handling our loved one as well as the many relatives that visited the facility during grandma's stay here. Our only regret, is we didn't find this place sooner!!
