If I could give a zero I would ! Very terrible care for patients .
when I Was looking for a nursing home it was very hard but when I walked into Salem West it was inviting all there staff was very nice and very helpfull.I would highly recommend this facility to people.Iam very pleased with the facility myself.The staff is very compassionate with each resident.They seem to care for each of there residents

It’s like home away from home! My grandad loved it here (until he went home to be with the lord) and all the activities they did. RIP Grandad ❤️
It is difficult to find a place were our loved one can get excellent and compassionate care and have peace of mind, knowing they are well taken care of! Here, residents are treated with respect and empathy. The staff is well trained and directed, they are exceptional! I just wanted to express my thanks to all of them!
All of the 5 stars are from employees. The last time I went in here all I smelled was urine. My sister has to go here to recover sometimes. No nursing home should be open in this condition.
I do not recommend putting a loved one here ever.
