They are very friendly, kind and competent. All of my interactions with the staff have been positive, especially with care plan conferences. I feel very fortunate to have found a place for my brother that is close to my home and safe for him. Sapphire House has helped him gain back some of his independence and works closely with me to keep me informed of his progress. Whenever a question or concern arises they respond immediately. My brother has been a resident at Sapphire House for almost a year. The home is very comfortable, clean and updated. The staff is outstanding. They are very friendly, kind and competent. Sapphire House is such a beautiful home! Every time I go to visit everything is clean and tidy. The staff is so helpful and caring, you can really tell they care about the residents! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one!
We have had a very good experience moving my brother into Sapphire House. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and caring. The house has been nicely remodeled inside and out. Sapphire House strives to make it a home for its residents, not just a house. My brother feels comfortable there and likes to take walks in the neighborhood. We are pleased that he is doing so well there.

Our family has been fortunate to find Sapphire House! It is a comfortable residential setting with an excellent patient care ratio. That is something you won't find in the larger institutional settings. The staff is courteous and pleasant to work with. Meals are nutritious and a common area allows for interaction between the residents. We have found a home away from home for our loved one and she is able to have her own private room.
