Never answer the phone at home up on hill. Trying to check on loved one
The people here treat my dad with respect and are very kind to him. They care about the family and are so just all around great people.
I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Nicole, SW, for the past several months to provide the best care possible to our seniors and Nicole is top tier! She is always helpful and truly has the compassion our seniors deserve! Thank you Nicole for being a pleasure to collaborate with! I recommend Scenic Pointe to anyone expecting amazing healthcare and/or rehab for themselves and their loved ones! Keep up the great work!
You are treated like family here!
People are awesome some of the time in the front desk. And then on multiple occasions they take their mask off and talk to eachother and when i do so for a few seconds of air they tell me to put mine up. And when you talk to them they have a 30% of the time a responce. Disappointed.
This is a nursing facility for handicapped.
They have taken care of my dad they do a great job and keep us informed
My dad is in Alzheimer's section for men at Scenic Pointe. It's more like a prison, and he shouldn't be in there. He's in there with a lot of younger Vietnam veterans, and one of them gave him a black eye. Some of them must be violent or shell-shocked. My dad is definitely uncomfortable, and he's having to always look over his shoulder. It's a country location, and it wouldn't be too bad if they weren't locked up. There are no windows to look out of. I would never recommend it. It's unacceptable for anybody.
