4.6 · 32 reviewsI have lived here a little over a year and I love it. The other residents are friendly and courteous and if you n need help with something, someone always volunteers to help. As for Office... Rob is #1 in my book. He is always on top of things and always has time for you. Maintenance couldn't be better. Dennis is like Johnny on the spot. He seems to know how to fix anything. Amy is housekeeper and she keeps everything spic and span. Dee and Bill are managers and they both seem to do everything. Love this place.
We went to SEM Laurels to see if we would like to move here. The grounds are beautiful, the building is very clean, and the apartments are more than adequate. We will be applying to the facility soon.

The residents of SEM Laurels are great. Rob, the actives director is great and we couldn’t go on without lDennis, our maintenance man. Unfortunately our manager really is making a mess of things. While the inside is torn up to install cameras in the halls, he decides to tear up shrubs and ivy making that side ugly and a mud pit. Now we are to accept being without hot water for five days because they want to try the cheapest repair. Maybe when our manager learns to care it will improve
I love this place I love everything about it
Simply Amazing
I really enjoy the people here. The staff keeps everything clean and orderly. Kris Ritchie- Heitkemper plays music wonderfully for everyone and they really enjoy that. Also want to mention the beauty of the grounds. Peaceful and energizing. I hear how pricey it is and that rent is going up again. I suppose that's to keep up with the rising costs lately on everything else. But unfortunately many dont have a cost of living increase to accommodate... A shame. I
My grandmother lived here and my mother currently. Clean, well taken care of homes with quiet, lovely grounds. So nice.
