Just giving 3 stars due to not being able to get a hold of anyone I was looking for a place for my dad I called left a voice mail no one returned my call so I came up there and the place was closed

Since they haven't had an on-site manager, I feel the community has gone downhill. The management is barely there and takes forever to answer back. It is disappointing for my mom, who lives there. She pays rent, and honestly, most of the time, the facilities are dirty or smell like cigarettes.
No employees to help find things. Need to work on customer service. No good deals even though summer has ended. Summer patio furniture and plants still marked up.
This is a nice residential community. However, whatever is wrong with the building's water needs to be fixed. The residents should not have to purchase so much water at stores for their everyday living. Fix it.
Due to all the theft everyone is suspicious 🤭
