3.6 · 155 reviewsI have been here awhile and I am very satisfied with my stay! The care I receive here is miles above the care offered at other facilities. Renee, from nursing, is calm and welcoming. Amy from speech therapy is so sweet and compassionate! I look forward to the activities hosted every day but my favorite activity is nail day when Molly paints designs on my nails! I pleased with the meals served here, my favorite is the rice and chicken with the yummy sauce! I look forward to the future because I know I am under the best care here!
My father recently spent two weeks at Seven Hills Health & Rehab Center, and he had a very positive experience. He consistently told our family that the staff treated him with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Everyone, from the nursing staff to the therapy team, made him feel comfortable and supported during his recovery. One thing we especially appreciated was the extra attention given to his safety. Because he was considered a fall risk, the facility accommodated him with 24-hour supervision during his first few nights, which gave our family peace of mind and helped ensure he was safe…

Every department was able to meet our needs, Troy in dietary made sure my meals did not include things I disliked. Therapy was great got me moving. Respiratory department was a surprise most places do not have anyone to help with my breathing or have the knowledge. Marica did great job with my discharge planning.

The people who work here are knowledgeable, hard working and compassionate. My father was a patient here for almost 3 months… and they took great care of him. The nurses, aides, administrators, other patients… all wonderful. I want to thank all of them… we will never forget what you did for our family.
PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE SENDING ANY LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE! Our grandfather was admitted late in the day with many severe health concerns: dimentia, very high fall risk, etc. Also, on blood thinners. We overly stressed to the staff, the concern of him falling and asked for any and all safety options to avoid severe injury. Not only were None of our concerns addressed, there were not even Safety bars on the side of the beds or mats next to the beds. He is barely mobile and cannot stand or walk, how this was possible not just once but twice (at a staffed care facility!!!) within a couple of hours is unthinkable. The call came early morning, he had fallen. Not once but twice. Immediately the family went to the facility where the entire atmosphere was filled with lack of concern and care. He was transported back to the hospital and admitted. He is traumatized. To see that in him is heartbreaking. Something we will never forget. It’s never easy finding or trusting a place to take care of someone you love, but please for your loved one, Choose another facility.
If I could give them minus zero I would. The nursing assistance are lazy and the LPNs are even lazier. They always go in the rooms and hit the call lights and leave the v Patience for hours at a time the DON RENEE should lose her license. She enables all the workers. They would leave my mom in the bathroom unattended, although she has dementia. Renee never follows through with the promises that she makes regarding changes. My mom was left in urine and feces overnight for 2-4 hrs at a time. Being an RN I COULDN'T believe the neglect in this facility. I don’t know how they are still open????!!!!
Wonderful facility with great staff!
When i heard my brother in law was going here, I thought great . Nicer neighborhood, it's gotta be better then where my mom was. WRONG!! Tiny dingy room, staff with an attitude. Staff not willing to go even try to help the issues he had. Morphine denied, made him suffer through the night without even checking on him. Who hires for these places? Do you do background checks? Personality tests? Or do you just grab any body willing to show up. If you want to pass with dignity? Don't come here. And don't answer and tell me to call the number to address my concerns, it's a waste of my time. You obviously don't care as I've read your past reviews and nothing has changed
