Played a concert there. Residents and staff were very friendly and happy.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My loved one was there for months and only saw one place:their room!! They weren’t allowed to go outside, they weren’t allowed to do other things the other people were allowed to do. The workers were rude, ignorant, and constantly lied to me and my family about the current state of things. They were rude to my loved one, and there is evidence of this because luckily, we had a ring camera installed in the room. Make sure to avoid this place. Don’t even make it a last resort. Never send your loved one to this place. If I could, I’d give ZERO stars.…

My mom is was in rehab there on tibbett's work in Liberty rehab. And a nurse deliberately did not give her her water bills a few times. And my mom had congestive heart failure in kidney failure. She could have killed my mother. The day my mom left there I reported it all to the head nurse. I never spoke out about it public till now. I'm an advocate for seniors and disability people that cannot speak for themselves. I wouldn't send my dog there.
Nice clean facility.
Im so thankful for Kim! Mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and she knew how much mom loved going to the casino, kim took care of everything to get mom to the casino ASAP ❤️ Mom is having a wonderful time playing the slots and betting on the horses ❤️ Thank you so much Kim for giving such a perfect day to Mom my sister and myself ! thank you for wonderful memories ❤️
They took good care of my Grandma. Nothing bad to say about them.
My father is currently there the place is beautiful they don't have the staff to do what the patient needs to improve. So what they do is give you the runaround making excuses on why things can't get done. Never Enough help never see a doctor you have to put in a request for the doctor to call you then he wants to be on speaker phone for everybody to hear what you have to say about your loved one
Do not put your loved one in this place! My mother went in for some physical therapy due to an injury to her foot/ankle. They put her in a full-leg brace that was unnecessary! She developed sores from this brace that took quite a long time to heal. They ordered and conducted "x-rays" that were not needed. From these supposed x-rays, we were told my mom had a fractured bone in her ankle/foot. How could she break anything when she couldn't get out of bed???? The "physical therapy" she was supposed to receive was a joke! They did NOTHING to help with her physical rehabilitation other than have her walk a small amount with the aid of her walker. They were giving my mom a hard time when asked about being released. I live out of town and I had to call the facility to ask what reason would they have for not releasing her. I did get them to discharge her and when I asked for ALL the test results the ran, I was given a disc. I took my mom to her orthopedic doctor the same day she was released. I explained to the doctor we were told she had a fracture in her foot/ankle and handed him the disc with the supposed x-rays. He said the disc was useless. The information was inaccessible due to a software program they used that he had never heard of. This facility is money hungry and when they get a patient with good insurance, they do whatever they can to milk the most amount of money from the insurance.
