Siena Village was beautiful and clean, but the apartment was only 700 and some square feet. They had a large room for bingo and activities and stuff. They had a lot of activities for you to intermingle with other people, or get to know other people. Up in the back they had a big patio, which had a grill, so if you wanted a picnic outside, you could do it. They also had a weight room where you could exercise. They had all the machines and stuff in there. They had a beauty shop, too. The facility was gorgeous and immaculate. The apartment had its own kitchen, but they also had another kitchen…

They had all the machines and stuff in there. They had a beauty shop, too. The facility was gorgeous and immaculate. The apartment had its own kitchen, but they also had another kitchen where they brought in food and stuff, but it wasn't like a restaurant. Carol was excellent and very professional. She knew everything about the apartment. She didn't leave anything out. She had a wonderful personality. They also had a library with really nice, comfortable seats, and stuff in there for you to sit and read your book.

I had a really nice tour experience with Siena Village. I was considering these apartments for myself, but I actually made too much. It is subsidized housing - so I did not qualify for the amount you had to be under.

As a former tenant, I would not recommend this place unless you are totally able bodied and never need to have anything repaired in your apartment. The management is non-reactive to the needs of the tenants. They are uncaring and seem to only care that you pay on time. The walls are thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The laundry facility was good but the cleanliness was starting to suffer. When I moved in 4 years ago, I was paying $480 dollars/month. When I left in April, my rent was $614. At least they paid the water and trash drop off location was convenient. I have two friends who are looking for another apartment cause their rent just went up by $60.00/month

My mom wasn't doing well. Suffering from dementia or something and the management didn't handle it very well. Management kept calling me to come and get her out of there. It appeared as if management had no understanding of the unexpected situations that can occur with the elderly. I would not recommend this place for someone with an aging parent.
