Silver Birch of Mansfield

Our family has had such an awful experience with Silver Birch directors and managers that we've changed our mind about moving our family member there. Over the last 2 weeks we have had several issues with getting phone calls returned even after leaving messages. If we got to talk to someone they were evasive or outright lied to us . We tried stopping by to talk one of them and were told they had just left ,even though that persons voice had just been heard. They cover for each other. They claimed they never got paperwork that was faxed 3 times and emailed once . Had the hardest time trying to get an amount we would owe and the date we needed to pay it before move in date. Was told he needed to be in by 2weeks of when he choose his room, but the day we were supposed to move him I got a call 3 hours before we were supposed to sign the lease . She said he can't move we don't have paperwork, again. We had already told the facility he was living in that would be leaving that day and family had taken off work to help. We had an email confirmation that they received the paperwork. Yet they were still claiming they didn't. Messages were left for every possible higher up person listed online without any response. There is no communication going on there. I don't care how nice the building is it would never make up for the how the directors and management treats the families. Funny how after I told them we weren't moving him there , we got 2 phone calls in a half hour , yet no apologies.
