Whoever the receptionist lady that answers the phone is very rude. She hung up on me twice today. I'm reporting her to the ombudsman. Because I had an emergency call and this is not the first time she has done this
I toured Singleton Health Care Center. It was a very positive experience. There were activities happening all over the place, and it was busy. People were engaged in a lot of different things. Instead of eating alone in separate rooms, they were gathered together in the lunchroom, laughing, talking, and seeming happy. The staff was very nice and patient. The rooms were average, and they had both private and shared rooms.
Singleton healthcare is a wonderful place with incredible and tenured staff. The residents are fortunate to have a supportive and caring community. Keep up the great work! You are superheroes with invisible capes😀
Every time I ask for my meds they never fill them right or on time. Don’t get me started on the way I feel when I enter to when we leave. They serve there own kind to put it nicely.
