They cared for Sarah Link many years ago, any recollections of that wonderful young lady?

This place was the worst experience in my moms life. She was there from mid Jan-March of this year. This place is absolutely disgusting. The only reason we were there is because it was the only place covered by her insurance that had open rooms available when the hospital discharged here. I visited her multiple times a week and every time I did, you can hear people screaming and crying for help the entire time you are there. Literally in every hallway. She was always waiting for meds, sometimes didn't even get them. It took hours for her to get changed and that happened often. The food is a disaster. One day when I was there, they brought her just plain white bread, a shot glass sized cup of cold tomato soup and rock hard mashed potatoes. I have attached a picture for reference. They said: "It is what it is" when we questioned the food. During one of her PT sessions, there was a bed bug that was found by my mom, Andy and Rosemarie. When the insurance decided to stop paying for her to stay there. It took WEEKS for the admin staff to get the paperwork arranged for me to be able to move her to a better facility when I chose one. They gave nothing but excuses and it took weeks to get prescriptions and for the doctor that visits the facility to fill out the paperwork. Even now, I am still being sent a bill that is incorrect with no reply to my multiple emails I've sent over the last 4-5 months that we've been gone from there to correct their mistake. I truly believe that my mother would not be alive had she stayed at Echo Manor. Since I moved her in late March, her health has improved physically and mentally, and she is receiving proper care from a great facility. Stay away from this place at all costs! If a hospital attempts to discharge your loved one and this is the only option, appeal that discharge until you can find a better place.

They didn’t take of my Sister Lori right! That’s why she’s no longer here on earth😰😰😰🤦🏿‍♂️ I hope they really closed them down. Thank you state if y’all did closed this bad place down!😰🤦🏿‍♂️💔 Sorry Bud for your loss as well! My Lori still should be here!😡😡😡😡😡💔💔💔💔🤦🏿‍♂️😰✊🏿💙

This place killed my mom through neglect. They neglected her for weeks and LIED to us about it until it was too late. Lead to sepsis, infections in her organs, extreme pain, and discomfort. Her doctors weren't surprised, they said they get patients in bad condition from this place all the time. If you love your family member, DO NOT send them here. It WILL NOT be okay, your family member WILL suffer, the nurses and administration WILL kill them. If you work here, you should be ashamed.

I would not take any family member to this facility . My son was constantly in dirty, urine drenched clothes when I came to visit. It took over a month of complaining for him to get a shower. Iam a nurse and never have I seen such incompetence. My son was a stroke victim who was paralyzed. Who had brain surgery. When I noticed something wrong they did nothing. I had to call the head of nursing and she ask me what I thought I want to do. Needless to say his surgeon called and threatened legal action if he was not immediately taken to the hospital So please avoid this facility at all cost

This is not a good place for your family The place looks ran down dirty rooms is super small Most the patient share rooms and it’s not really enough space for one person and they will have 2 people some rooms have 3 people My grandma have bed sores real bad from being in this place it needs to be shut down now The family was visiting for a couple hours not one nurse came in the entire time to check on her

DO NOT GO HERE. They advertise a salon, but they don't really have one because they don't have a license. Their food is disgusting and small, and DOESNT FOLLOW MEDICAL DIETS. You wait hours for water, blankets, and even medicine. My nurses told me to wait in line, and then never came back. I waited FIVE HOURS for water. Their nursing staff is incredibly rude, loud, and unhelpful. There is no real wound care as advertised; they just slap a bandage on and call it done. DO NOT GO HERE

Reminds me of a homeless shelter. Never seen anything like it.. not clean meals are nots basic. The room is cold. Never would l think where it is located that there would be such a poor place. Staff not trained and low on staff.
