Give that worker who maybe changed 20 diapers a break bc your family member might have been the 21st of the day. Your family member might have been rude yesterday more than once when you were home, and today that nurse didn't want to be jovial and carry on a conversation. Maybe they just wanted to change a bandage and move on to the next patient. If your family member is told by Dr's, PAs, PTs, and nurses they can bear…

I'm really impressed with Springview PT. Wasn't sure on final decision of PT for Springview, Springs or Lima Conv. I disagree when a family/patient gets moved again and again. Give that worker who maybe changed 20 diapers a break bc your family member might have been the 21st of the day. Your family member might have been rude yesterday more than once when you were home, and today that nurse didn't want to be jovial and carry on a conversation. Maybe they just wanted to change a bandage and move on to the next patient. If your family member is told by Dr's, PAs, PTs, and nurses they can bear weight but they aren't supposed to walk unassisted that includes getting up in it middle of the night. I can't blame a nurse in the middle of the night for not hearing a resident get up to go to the bathroom, and then falling down. I don't fault the NH for that. Oh and I've had the food/ breakfast more than once and it's been tasty each time.

It was evident that the team is passionate about making patients and families feel welcomed and supported, especially during respite stays. Samantha and the entire team have developed a thoughtful process that helps make the transition into respite care as smooth as possible. Our family would like to Thank Springview Manor and their staff for the Wonderful and Loving care given to our mom. Her stay was short and she is in Heaven but all of your Love and Caring to our family will never be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of our Hearts!

Thank you to everyone at Springveiw. I was there for my knee and hip replacements. I preplanned, had everything done before surgery and it went smoothly. The rehab team, aides, kitchen workers and nursing went above and beyond to help me recover and get back home. This is definitely 5 stars and more! Thank you again for all that you do!
Springview Manor held their Valentines Dinner in their Legacy Way unit today. The staff went above and beyond to make this event such a wonderful time. I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for giving me this special memory with my husband that I will cherish forever. You are all so much appreciated.
Took a tour of the facility campus, all staff was very pleasant and considerate of all residents. Very clean and welcoming environment!
What an awesome experience we had yesterday at the family Thanksgiving brunch at Springview Manor. My Aunt is currently there for rehab and has had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and food. My sister Jesse is the head chef and her and her crew did an amazing job with the brunch there was turkey ham mashed potatoes gravy sweet potatoe casserole rolls and several different pies. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to recover and do rehab to this place. Kuddos Springview Manor
We are so thankful that we found Springview Manor Legacy Way for our loved one, Loretta. From the moment we walk through the door, we are greeted by kind, compassionate caregivers who treat us like one of their own. We appreciate the activities and engagement that Mary implements and oversees and the feeling of contentment that Loretta has. She is well cared for. The staff is approachable and addresses all of our concerns giving us peace of mind.
