The facility is beautiful and spacious. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was friendly and helpful. We we very impressed with the amenities and services included.

We actually enjoyed meeting with Becky at story point West Milton. All of our questions were answered by this very caring person.

My sisters and I are very thankful that we found Story Point (Randall Residence at the time) West Milton a couple of years ago. Our father really needed someplace safe to live where he could be sociable and find a new home, That place is Story Point of WM. The staff are very caring and help him with daily hygiene, medications and get to the dining room and activities. It’s a small place so everyone looks out for each other, especially the residents! It’s a beautiful facility with good food, porches and patios to sit outside and spacious common areas. The staff was super supportive and helpful…

The staff was super supportive and helpful when we recently transitioned him to their Memory Care unit. We’re sure he will receive the same compassionate care that he and we were used to in the assisted living unit.

Although it has taken some time, we getting very close to moving Mom into her new apartment. Becky has been more than accommodating on visits and tours. It was because of Becky's understanding of our situation that we decided that this is the best place for Mom as she down sizes to a better level of comfort. Thank you, Becky!

As Activity Director for the Milton Union Senior Center I have had many opportunities to interact with Story Point formally Randall House of West Milton, Becky Devor, and the wonderful Staff. The information that we have gained for our Seniors has been so important . We have been invited to Open Houses, Speakers, Lunch and much more. We have members who are now living there. The food is great and the facility is always clean and inviting. Becky is always willing to take the time to sit down and talk with everyone who has any questions about possibly moving into Story Point. I always encourage people to ask questions. I feel like we are like one big family. Carol Garver, Activities Director, Milton Union Senior Center & Community Club

We needed to transfer my parents from a nearby nursing home to Storypoint so they could be in the same room (instead of on opposite wings of the other nursing home). Becky Devor has been a huge blessing to our family. She met with us on the weekend, showed us several options, and has made what could’ve been a nightmare to accomplish quite simple. Becky has answered all our questions and has gone above and beyond to help get my parents moved. Not only that, the facility is very nice and clean. I highly recommend Storypoint of West Milton.

Becky and the team here are wonderful and so helpful! They helped us get a loved one a room here and they treat people right.

StoryPoint West Milton is best suited for seniors who are truly independent and able to manage most aspects of their daily routine without hands-on guidance. The ambience is pleasant, the staff are generally kind, and the activities calendar offers appealing options for residents who can independently track time, read and interpret a daily schedule, and make their way to activities without prompting. Residents who enjoy group exercise, light games, crafts, and social dining—and who can initiate participation on their own—are likely to appreciate the environment. The dining program works well for those who can read a menu, make selections, and communicate their preferences clearly. Assistance is available when requested; however, residents need to recognize when they need help and use their call button to alert staff. Families should carefully evaluate whether their loved one can consistently self-advocate, navigate the building safely, manage time, and follow multi-step routines. Those who require regular cueing, monitoring, or cognitive support may need to explore whether a higher level of care would be more appropriate. As with any assisted living setting, it is important to ask detailed questions about how the community supports residents with memory challenges, mobility limitations, or fluctuating cognition, and to observe firsthand how residents who need extra help are supported throughout the day.
