What we like the most about The Forum is The staff, location, grounds and overall ambiance. It is very welcoming. I also appreciate the care they give my sister in law in the ambassador suites. I like the place so much that I recommended it to my parents. They have selected it and are moving to independent living. When and if the time comes, I may consider it for myself in the years to come.
The Activities Coordinator (now director of memory care) during my father’s stay was outstanding! [name removed] truly cares about the residents and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure residents’ needs are met. I noticed there were significant delays in filling critical vacant positions due to corporate involvement. This put significant strain on staff and affected resident care.
It’s sad to see the parent who loved you, inspired you, and took care of you need care that you cannot provide. This brilliant man’s memory is wearing away and he’s now down to his core - a loving, nice man. All of this is heartbreaking, but it really helps that he’s at The Forum at Knightsbridge. I can’t say enough about the caring staff. They show a love for Dad that is as genuine as it was unexpected. The programs aim to keep as much of Dad as possible for as long as possible. The respect shown the residents is moving. They know him, keep his children informed, and engage with him. The…

We all wish this wasn’t necessary but we all also feel lucky to have found the Forum at Knightsbridge.
Our family could not be happier with the care my father has received. Your facilities are very clean and your staff is professional, competent and caring. [name removed] treats my father as if he were her own father. She always goes the extra mile and he feels loved. [name removed] is one of a kind and we are incredibly grateful for her.
For the most part I am pleased with the caring staff, social atmosphere, safe environment and level of care. Sometimes housekeeping has not been the best but is definitely improving. The staff goes out of their way to make sure mom's needs are met both emotionally and physically. In short, I would highly recommend to a friend.
The only problem we have had is , when we looked at this unit in independent living it came with a medical alert pendant. That was wonderful but because he is in independent it is not always a top priority to answer. That is not what they lead us to believe. They have been for the most part good.
The Forum at Knightsbridge is just an overall great community and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
My sister is doing as well as expected there, and we are grateful. Yes, I would recommend this community to others, but there are so many personal variables, some may do better than others. We have found the Forum to be responsible and as attentive as possible to our sister and all her idiosyncrasies. I would recommend the Forum.
