4.3 · 22 reviewsAs long as your loved one can take care of themselves. Other wise my father was not fed properly or given water. There was never water in my father's room. They were putting hotdogs in a blender and giving it to him like soup more then once.
The Gardens of Wapakoneta is a friendly community for your loved one or family member to live in. Staff genuinely cares about the resident’s wellbeing and treat the residents as they would their own family members
The Garden's of Wapak has been a very good experience. Our mom is currently there and everyone is very friendly and very helpful. If we have questions we can get an answer pretty quick !! Thank you all for all you do to make it a very happy and friendly place !!

The Gardens at Wapakoneta is a very welcoming home place for our mom. The facility has several gathering spots for our family to enjoy while visiting, inside and outside. The staff is extremely pleasant, rooms and entire facility are clean and there are many daily activities for mom to take part in, whether it's group bingo, hall bowling or working on a puzzel with a new friend, to name a few. The food could be improved, but there are always several options to choose from the menu. Over all, this is a wonderful place for her to call home.
My family has just recently moved our parents into the Gardens. The entry and overall experience has been great. We were able to find a place that our parents can stay together. My mom has said that it feels more like home everyday with her experience at the Gardens. The care for mom and dad has been tremendous. Thank you Gardens of Wapakoneta!
I have lived here for a few months, and it's been a wonderful experience. Lots of activities, thanks to the new activity director Kayla. Kirsten, the business office manager, is a delight. I would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking to give their self or a loved one a wonderful place to live. It's one big family here!
Great place to work with super loving and caring staff. Very nice place for a family member or friend!
To make a long story short (Charles the director of the Gardens at wapakoneta is holding my ssi check because I won't sign it over to him for back rent its against the law to withhold my mail let alone my check from me )
