My mom has been here for a year now everything has went really well. She has never once asked to leave! They all made her feel very welcome. Such a relief to know she is cared for and safe.

I can’t say enough good things about The Gardens of St. Francis. The food is consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and something residents genuinely look forward to every day. Beyond that, the life enrichment programs are truly meaningful, offering a wide range of engaging activities that bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents’ lives. What stands out the most, though, is the staff and leadership. The team is incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive, and the leadership is dedicated, hands-on, and genuinely invested in both residents and staff. You can feel the positive…

GSF is a northern Ohio gem of a campus. It is anchored in the caring tradition of the Religious Sisters that founded it. Great staff in all departments!

As an outsider visiting a friend at The Gardens of St. Francis, I was profoundly impressed by the stunning environment and the palpable sense of warmth. The "Gardens" in their name is no exaggeration – the grounds are beautifully maintained, offering serene outdoor spaces that clearly contribute to residents' well-being. Inside, the common areas are bright, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to encourage engagement and comfort. The entire facility felt incredibly clean, well-organized, and maintained to the highest standards, creating an ambiance of peace and respectful living that immediately put me at ease. What truly elevated my experience was observing the interactions between the staff and residents. Every team member I saw was deeply attentive, genuinely kind, and approached their work with an evident passion for care. Residents appeared happy, engaged, and treated with immense dignity, reflecting a positive and supportive community atmosphere. It's clear that The Gardens of St. Francis isn't just a place to live; it's a vibrant home where people thrive. My outsider's perspective overwhelmingly concludes that this community is doing something truly special – a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking outstanding senior living.

My brother in law and a dear elderly friend are residing here. And I must mention at least, the kind hearted dedicated welcoming ..and help --above and beyond! of Kristy, Tina and Chris R.! EVERYONE there is AWESOME. We're so blessed to have this facility for our loved ones.

Neglected my grandma that was living in the dementia unit, and she died of blunt force trauma. They had her sit with a brain bleed for 3 days before even sending her to the ER. And they didn’t notify my family about anything until she got to the ER. They caused her death and no one was watching her.

Unethical, unprofessional, with the most incompetent team of management and medical staff. I’m ashamed that they may have any affiliation with The Catholic Church

My mom was a resident on the 3rd dementia unit for years they been understaffed and nobody does nothing with them just put the In their chairs and sit our mother has fallen many times unwatched for years she fell again and they covered it up and found out last few weeks she’s falling and nothing done she fell on Sunday hit her head and had a brain bleed they found her on the floor on another room dieing from the bleed on her brain she passed today rushed to St.Vs then hospice to die 2 days later they charge almost 10k a month to kill people drained her life savings in 3 years then killed her .
