beautiful place for residents to feel at home!

We moved my Mother-In-Law in. So far it's going really well her comment to me was she felt like she was home and that everyone is so kind. All of her furniture and decorations on the walls came from her home. There aren't any hospital beds or bed trays on wheels. The building is beautiful and spacious not to mention welcoming. All the staff are happy to help her. I highly recommend The Homestead to everyone.

The HomeStead is wonderful asset to Coshocton County and the surrounding areas. Assisted living accommodations in Coshocton had been in short supply and had wait lists. Plus, there was no place in the county where individuals needing memory care could reside. The addition of The HomeStead has filled a void for both additional assisted living and memory care services close by so that friends and family can easily visit without driving considerable distances. The administration and staff at this beautiful senior living community have been absolutely amazing in their communication leading up to the opening. They have gone above and beyond in creating ways to make the transition for the residents as easy as possible. It takes special people to be able to work in the healthcare field and The HomeStead has special people.

This facility is so beautifully done and the staff is friendly, caring and kind. The rooms are nicely designed and spacious. The dining room is like a restaurant and the food is delicious. What a wonderful asset to the community. The staff make you feel comfortable immediately. Well done Gentlebrook.

As we were looking into a memory care unit for our mother(in law) we came across The Homestead of Coshocton, as we contacted them for their application we were greeted with much respect, all questions were answered and once asked about the pricing it was lower than anyone around the area. As time went on to get into the facility we had met on different occasions and was greeted with kindness and family caring and respect, you know, the kind you would want for your loved ones in that situation. There was never a worry in the world that you had to question. They walked us around the facility, we picked out the patient's room, set the room up to our liking, never rushed, was involved with the patient's medical intake, it was always us with them, never anything to wonder about. Everything was done with the family involved from beginning to end. I can't express the kindness, concerns, down home love that one felt in this facility that you get for your loved one knowing they have the best of care 24/7. They have the doctors and nursing staff, crafting, library, beauty shop, kitchen, laundry, outside setting, sauna, I could go on and on. They have the care team that is out of this world and is centered at the highest level and patient priority. Please, if you are looking for a place for your family member please reach out and give them a call or stop in and talk with them, trust me, you won't be sorry. We are very greatful we did.
