As a physician , I am so impressed with the treatment and caring staff . My mother-in -law is being treated wonderfully.
Horrible place the aides are treated rudely. Residents are yelling slurs to aids and it is being brought to the nurses attention to handle it from the aides. The nurses do nothing but laugh and not do their jobs horrible establishment. The inn needs to END!
My father recently spent 6 months in the Memory Care wing, and his care was excellent. I can't say enough about the caring staff and their attention to our father. I highly recommend The Inn at Belden Village!
I toured The Inn At Belden Village, and I liked the cleanliness, the smell, the food, and the people I interacted with. The rooms were very clean, and I was very impressed. They could come out in the lobby and interact when I was there.
Lovely surroundings and a homey, welcoming feel. Residents and staff are friendly. My loved one is comfortable. Memory care staffing leaves much to be desired. Staff do not wear name badges or, if they do, they are so small no one can read. Regular staff are kind. However, agency fill in staff predominates and will tell you they don’t know anything. Constant staff rotation so residents don’t get to know or trust caregivers. Poor communication with families. Staffing ratio is not what was promised. Agency nurses pass meds in common areas and do not know residents. They are trying hard and it’s difficult to attract and retain good staff.
Overall, The Inn At Belden Village is one of the best facilities that you will find. It's not perfect, no facility is. But they genuinely care about your family member and do accommodate your needs as much as possible. If there is an issue, they will work to make it better. The facility is clean. There is a lot for residents to do. They are well looked after. The food is fair, but there are a lot of options. The administration is great to work with. Some of the aides are great and others are fair, but most were very good. The nurses overall were good and on top of things, as needed. There was not a lot of turn over, so they seemed to enjoy their job which spilled over to the patients. I would recommend this facility to others.
Our staff is committed to ensuring our residents live their best life with us!
