4.5 · 91 reviewsGood looking facility compared to others, but coming from a family of nurses having one nurse to 80+ patients is just negligent. I understand assisted living is just that, but only having one nurse on staff to manage so many people at once sounds crazy. Maybe those are the standards, but if paying that much at a self pay facility doesn’t get more care I’m out.
The staff are all excellent. We were all treated with great care and attention to detail.

My Grandma loved her stay at Kent Ridge. She raved about how kind and helpful the staff was. She made friends quickly and enjoyed all the events they offered. Everyone is very friendly and they make an effort get to know the visitors too. She really enjoyed the food and being able to eat meals with her new friends. We also really liked the food as visitors too! A very lovely place I would recommend to anyone! When she passed, everyone was extremely helpful and kind.
All the staff is attentive to our family member. They are very helpful to us also. They are very caring and professional. Thank you
Nana has been there for a month now. Hard to believe that we would, when we quickly needed to find a place for her, find the perfect mix of great staff (and I mean everyone!), excellent peers, and an awesome location! She would always tell us she never wanted to go to any place like this, but she fits right in and is having an excellent go of it so far! Definitely would recommend strongly the Kentridge Senior Living in Portage County for anyone needing their services and lifestyle!
Staff is excellent and made my mother and our family happy and confident we made the correct decision.
The tour was great I am ready am ready to move,. The availability to eat anytime 7 to 7 is a big draw .
