4.5 · 136 reviewsThe nurses and nurses aides are Amber Kelcey Kendall Brooke Debbie Laura Molly Jade Trish Amy Tarin Johnny Christina Anjanae Kyle Emily Bonnie they are my nurses and my nurse's aides and they're my family they take excellent care of me they treat like I'm part of their family 💕 I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be placed in rehab. Also Tori and Lauren and Alyssa and Wendy they're office people but are just like the rest: They're all AWESOME 😎

The Laurels of Middletown is a PHENOMENAL facility!! Staff is awesome! They truly care for each and every resident as one of their own! It’s a wholesome environment!
This was a great place!! Very friendly staff every person I came across spoke and ask me did I need something . There was not a moment where we felt out of place. It's very clean place and My mom said the food was great. I am really happy with my care my family getting.

The nurses and caregivers consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and personalized care. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. Communication was always clear and timely, and I appreciated how the team kept us informed and involved in care decisions. What stood out the most was the genuine kindness and patience shown by everyone on staff. It gave me peace of mind knowing my family member was in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care.
