Very beautiful community with so much to offer. Staff are friendly and the place is very homelike and cozy. Residents always seem to be having a good time. Food is excellent!
Poor management, the expensive price does not match with the quality of care.
I would give them a 5 on everything. They were most helpful and friendly.
They have been very accommodating for my dad. He has the aids wrapped around his finger! If he doesn't like his meal they bend backwards getting him something he likes
The Madison Senior Living Community smelled clean. It was comfortable and warm. I liked the fact that Dad can still keep the doctors and his appointments if he's there, and that we, as a family, can come and go as many times as we want. There's no set time. The lady that gave the tour was very informative. They have a nice dining room. Then you go back towards the rooms and the whole area is carpeted. There's a nice fireplace TV area. The rooms were clean and we could bring in Dad's own furniture. Depending on how many times the staff needs to assist him is what level of charge we would be spending. Then we turned and went back towards where they were playing games, and that was nice. Then they have an atrium area, but the private residence part of it was impressive. I was glad that we went.
If you are looking for a senior living community for your family or friend this is definitely the place. A couple of months ago I made the best decision ever by choosing the Madison House for my long time family friend. Maria Kestner was such a blessing to work with and made the whole experience quick and easy. She along with her team were able to make the admission and transition to the community absolutely perfect. The staff are all so kind and you can tell they genuinely care about all of the residents.
They were absolutely wonderful! The staff was always willing to talk and text me updates. The aides were always willing to talk with me - even when I called after hours. When visiting, no matter what time of day(or in the evening) I could easily find multiple aides or personnel without having to search for them.
This place was recommended to me from A Place For Mom. Initial conversations and introductions and a walk through of facilities were fine....but......when dad was moved in, things sure changed....no communication between nurses and patients and their advocates, meaning me. They changed his medicine schedule without consulting me....and several other things too numerous to mention.
