My brother in law resides at the Assisted Living Facility. The staff has been extremely helpful with requests I have made on his behalf. They have shown great patience and kindness toward us, especially Penny, the Facility Director, and Hope, the Business Administrator, and Tanya, in Admissions. We are very pleased with all the staff and give them high praise.
Don't send your family members here. These people only hand out meds and do not check on them at all
Wonderful staff from the front desk to the clean up crew. Thank you for always taking the time to be there for us. Warm and caring. Needing a nursing facility is never easy. Pavilion was there every step of the way.
The first thing I noticed about your facility was the cleanliness. Then the friendliness of the staff, genuine and caring . My brother seems content there. I would recommend the Pavilion at Edgefield to anyone looking for a caring and safe environment for their loved ones.
My experience with the staff has been very good. Everyone that I’ve met is very caring and helpful not to mention professional. The staff keeps us well informed about our mother who is 101 and they’re giving her the best care possible.
They were so great with caring for my grandmother. She was not sire shed like it at first but she absolutely loved it. She had so many friends and really liked the staff. I'm very grateful for this place.
I have an elderly family member with lung problems who currently reside in this nasty facility. The lady at the desk is rude. I was a FIRST time visitor and she assumed I should just KNOW where to go... Made me feel like a problem for asking what direction my family members room is located... Second thing is I visited twice now and both time there is feces on the baseboards. They told my aunt that she stinks like pee.. I have come and personally cleaned my aunt's room because apparently they don't do it more than once a week Shame on the rude lady for being a rotten individual. She could be helping her get cleaned up instead of making her feel bad about herself... This is unacceptable behavior... Not to mention howany times my aunt fell in this facility due to absolute neglecting her trying to make it to the bathroom is ridiculous. Leaving bruises on her face... this place needs reevaluated.. needs to be investigated internally... I bet my review gets removed. But I'll keep it coming until I get answers for the daily issues being forced upon my ill elderly aunt. Too many healthcare workers get away with being rotten individuals and they get paid to do so...
The staff has been kind and caring, but the facility needs improvements.
