The best kept secret for more affordable senior housing in an attractive Beavercreek neighborhood. Friendly residents and staff!

I find Fairwood to be a nice place to live. I've been here over 2 years and haven't had any major concerns. My fellow residents are friendly and neighbourly. A well rounded community. I highly recommend for any senior looking for a new home.

{{{Under New management}}} beware, rent and fee increases yet quality and safety continues to decrease! Not a pleasant, safe and especially not clean environment, extremely disappointed in this company. They don't return calls-- they currently have bed bugs and have known for several weeks and still yet to get any treatments or implement preventive measures to stop the spread. Ashamed that I have a loved one living here, astonishing that our elders are being neglected!

trinity has had a bed bug problem for the past 6 weeks and has nothing to try and prevent it or remedy their mistakes they made in containing the problem. they discovered the bed bugs in the laundry room and simply put a sign up and locked the bed bugs in there. they didn’t spray or do anything the prevent the spread or infestation to their other residents. they closed the laundry room in my grandmas wing 6 weeks ago, because of this, the residents had to use the other laundry rooms - spreading the bed bugs through their whole building. management said someone is coming to spray NEXT MONDAY!! no urgency at all and a blatant lack of care for their residents. on top of all of this, there is also a broken down camper outside, with two extension cords stealing power from the building that they have done nothing about. i can’t even express how unsafe this is for so many different reasons. is this person even a resident? why are they allowed to steal power? are the residents paying for this freeloaders power? why are you doing nothing about it? what if this person hurt or robbed a resident? at the end of the day, trinity does not care about your loved one’s safety or quality of living. don’t consider moving here at all!!! i’m very upset about this for my grandmother and her living situation, this bed bug problem is going to take ages to get under control because of a lack of urgency from management and maintenance.

This place has been ruined since new management has stepped in. There is a run down camper parked out front stealing power from the main building. Management will do nothing about this situation. There is also a BED BUG infestation. They have known for 6 weeks. The only thing done was one laundry room was locked (leaving the others open of course). And now they’ve finally scheduled a bug person to come out and wait another two weeks. I am extremely upset with Trinity. You are charging your residents so much money for trashy campers, and bed bugs. I absolutely do NOT recommend living here or letting your loved ones live here.

The new manager Andy is trying to scam my father out of 3 grand. She said he ruined the carpet and there was a strong toxic moldy smell coming from his apartment and the hallway and so I went to check it out and there was no toxic or moldy smell in the hallway or his apartment and the carpet was perfectly fine. He had a grease fryer out and the apartment smelled like grease! I tried telling her this but she won’t listen and maybe be considerate to the fact that she might be wrong on this one she won’t give me the owners number and was threatening to give my dad another lease violation if I didn’t call her back because I guess she left me a message and I wasn’t getting back to her fast enough and she was just going to take it out on my father. Idk I am beyond furious on this one, I wish whoever moves in here very good luck you will need it.

That place is an "Independent Living" Non-Smoking place for seniors 55 & older. They have a few under 55 years old living there, but from what they told me & research I've done awhile ago, they're there to care for family members that needs help. They have only 2 spots outdoors to smoke, both gazebos on 2 ends for the smokers there. Rent there in 2024 averages $1060 a month for any apartment there & the floor plans are OK & looks a bit aged. You can pay rent either online or in-person by check. The Activity director there is excellent, but they offer very few variety of activities there. They have "church service" each Sunday. Mail service is indoors, a small shop open 2 or 3 days a week for 1 or 2 hours on those days & a beauty/barber service once a week. Residents have "assigned parking" & visitors have delegated parking area. Trinity Fairwood was built in the late 1980's & it shows. Most of this place smells of smoke from some residents hiding while smoking INDOORS. There is preferential treatment it appears for certain residents there & other former residents stated this to me as well, before I moved out & I noticed it too. They have hard water & it's hard to address hard water at a apartment complex that's over 30 years old now. I'd say in my 4+ years living there & dealing with too much drama for me, I'd rate this place a high end 2 or low 3 stars. If they would focus more on updating appliances & hallway carpeting, improving the water/plumbing problems there , carefully screen all possible new residents there & raise the minimum age to 62 years old; all of this would make it a decent place to live. I have since left Trinity Fairwood in 2024 and glad I did. Most of my friends living there either passed away or moved out since I left. My remaining friends still there, only a few left told me recently the place has newer more hostile residents. Glad I left that place & moving further away by early 2025. 2 or 3 stars. Thank you.

For the price, you will not find a better community to call home in the area! The campus is beautiful with gorgeous views, especially on the exterior of campus, and it is in a wonderful location. Rent starts at $805 a month and there is a real sense of community at Trinity Fairwood. The people are very kind, the building is well maintained even if it isn’t brand new with the most modern finishings, community spaces are clean, well lit, and smell pleasant, and there is a real sense of community among residents living there 🥰
