3.5 · 71 reviewsThe staff took really good care of my mother while she was at the Villa and in their care. They were attentive to her specific needs and made her stay there comfortable. I must give a shout to Jada the receptionist who's smile and demeanor made coming into the Villa welcoming and MaQuila who made sure we understood every aspect of her stay and her discharge preparation. I appreciate the after care at home follow up by the staff.
Service and care was very good. Very accommodating to our needs, able to on short notice. I would recommend to other families.

if i could give 10 stars i would. to start.. the place is very clean & organized. they took care of my grandma for skilled stay. one of the nurses Taylor was absolutely AMAZING. she answered all my questions in depth beyond what i asked. she listened. she cared. she went beyond the level of just a nurse. she was very personal & it made me feel so good to have my grandmother in their care. i left there with not a single worry in my mind. i couldn’t have asked for better. honestly. if you are considering this place you do not even have to think twice.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents here get amazing care and are truly valued by each and every staff member.
If I could give this a zero I would! They never check on patients. Aides/nurses no where to be found for hours! My dad’s roommate sat on the toilet for over an hour with a call light on and no help! Then she argued saying wasn’t more than max 30 min and my sister was there for over an hour and they never came in at all! My dad was supposed to be checked every 2 hrs and went all night in a nasty depend. They all have the longest fake nails and scratch the hell out of patients. My sister had to out 3x over a 2 hr period to just get my dad changed! She offered to shower him because of how bad it is and they refused saying our step mom already gave him a bed bath! (Because they left him all nasty! Thank god we are pulling him out of here! If you want your loved ones taken care of this is not it!

Very pleased with the kind, compassionate and professional care my loved one received while at this facility. Would recommend.
