Run away and run fast! Total ripoff! Make you pay in advance which is understandable but refuse to reimburse after patient dies fot days not used.
I wouldn't send my neighbors dog to this place they abuse their patients, all the staff is lazy and have no remorse for clients. Staff also likes to steal but since they are so close management will cover for them. I will repost everyday this place needs to be investigated

Furniture in rooms need repair, doors not hanging straight on nightstand. They lost one of my Mom’s hearing aids and when I asked the caregiver her response was “all the residents wear them and we can’t keep track of them all.” Lousy food. Only nice people there was physical therapist and hair stylist. Door on bathroom looks like it had been through a war. When there was ice the patio stone walk at the visitor entrance heaved and I had to squeeze through the door. I complained and they said it would get repaired in Spring. I promised them if it was not fixed in a week I would report them to the state and local fire department for a failure in fire safety. There were no activities. Place is dark like Victorian style...outdated. Carpet in main entry was thread-worn.
I was a former dietary aide. The residents get treated with respect. They have constant actitives I believe a few days a week. All staff treated the residents well and fair. They would throw Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving parties the place always is decorated. As much as I didn’t like my job for the fact that working in a nursing home is not for me I give them a 5
I would not recommend this place...my mother had brain surgery and a shunt placed. 1. The aids didn’t even know she had a shunt in...2. I found my mom vomiting up Bile and they just sat her up to the side and left her..yeah she had messed on herself as well(but that was every morning I went there). So long story short they left her like that until I got there and she needed life flighted to Cleveland Clinic...she is recovering from a massive brain hemorrhage..I guess the RN’s there don’t realize that when a person is on blood thinners after brain surgery that bleeding can happen!!! I wouldn’t send a dog to be cared for at this place...I will be contacting Medicare...the care is horrible and the staff is lazy. They also came to clinic and knew what care she needed before they accepted her!!! All she was, was a pay check for them...if I could rate a zero I would BE AWARE of the place...
My mother has received good care in the Memory care section. Nurses and aids have been very kind and helpful. I have been alerted to any medical condition, and she has received good medical care from physicians. Overall housekeeping and building facility maintenance could be improved.
