Horrible, just horrible. It is ridiculous I have to hide behind a computer to talk about how bad it is working here. They don’t care a squat about their workers. Some of the laziest people work here, and what does that say about the care residents will receive.
West view is a place full of caring staff. No place is perfect but they genuinely care about their residents. This is a non profit operation so no, they are not in it for the money. They are constantly thinking of new ways to enhance the lives of those that live there . It is a special place and the work it hard, but they care about each and everyone who call it home.
Admission Director Tina Grassman is wonderful. She worked diligently both with Cleveland Clinic Hospital and our family to allow my father into the rehabilitation center. She’s a true professional. Thank you! Janet Malta
Okay, I just I walked out of there and I'm going to leave a God honest. Review about the place. It has its pros and its cons pros. Yes, they do things for their employees to show them. They appreciate them special games in stuff like that or giving out snacks. And it's an okay environment. Con, you cannot make enough, there for, a single person to live on their own really. Just can't, if you're a single person, you don't want to be working there because you won't make enough to live on your own It's for some that's looking for a little extra money. Or is retired, and what's something to do. And then all I can say is depending on what department you're in, you might get trained right or wrong. And then you have extra stuff, thrown on to you, to just find out all along. It's supposed to be something you're supposed to do. That's frustrating It makes person feel stupid. And then on top of that, it's not like you already got a person doing 2 big hall that's actually Enough for another person to be doing, you should technically have three people on that side especially with all that common area stuff that's so far apart. then your boss talking to you like your 5 i'm sorry. Alright, I know what a person was getting at. I got it the jfibs, but you want people to be getting out on time, stop holding them up and let them do their jobs next time. Why don't you make sure the people that are training actually know how to train a person and are training them, right. And the other thing I want to put into this that I almost forgot about is the fact that I don't think it's okay for the boss to b literal you in front of people that are outside contract, right in front of a group of people, you did all of this. That's not right, nor fair. You should have took me off to the side and that's what really piss me off too and again, i'm not five, talked to people with respect
Great nursing home with a friendly staff
I have been going to classes at WestView Healthy Living for a month now. Staff and teachers are very nice, accommodating, and easy to talk to. There are so many classes - both pool and land - it’s hard to decide. The two I am attending are already helping my balance and I feel my muscles are getting a good workout. Class sizes are small and friendly. Good choice for seniors to workout and stay active.
I've worked at Westview for 18 years and I hope to finish out my career here. You could not ask for friendlier staff in the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Teamwork truly does make the DreamWork at Westview. The Westview way is more than just a motto
West View does a wonderful job improving the quality of life for their residents. Between the programming, the care, and overall resident experience at West View, I would highly recommend this facility to family, friends, and the community!
