Terrible- nurse did not properly inform of patient’s issues, yelled at entire time, then scolded by nurse and aid after doing exams - hope I never have to come here again
My time at Troy Rehab was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to support me every step of the way, helping me regain my confidence and work towards my goals. What makes Troy Rehab so special is the people. Everyone there felt like family. The encouragement, compassion, and friendships I found during my stay made it all the difference in my recovery. Yesterday, I moved into my own apartment just down the street, and I wouldn't have reached this milestone without the support of the amazing team…

Yesterday, I moved into my own apartment just down the street, and I wouldn't have reached this milestone without the support of the amazing team at Troy Rehab. While I'm excited for this next chapter, I'll always be grateful for the family that I gained while there. I want to thank them for believing in me and helping me build a brighter future. I will always be making visits to everybody at Troy!
It's a nursing home. A lot of work has been done to improve it but there is much more needed. My Mom is a current resident there so I keep a relatively close eye on things. Will update as things change. Most of the staff are wonderful. And the residents are friendly.
I am very familiar with this facility as my sister has been here for over 10 years. The pictures you post is only half the facility….the rehabilitation part. Why don’t you post pictures of the long term care on the second floor? The renovation stopped on the first floor. The upstairs is a mess. Most of these long term patients cannot take care of themselves and deserve a better living environment and better care. I could go into details but many of the other reviews already have. I know that staffing is short and employees are always coming and going but there is no excuse as far as I’m concerned. All people should be treated with the same care whether they’re in there for rehab paid for by insurance companies or people in there for long term care being paid by Medicare and Medicaid. People never think they will find themselves in a nursing home but it can happen to anyone. Think of how you would like to be treated if that were you in that situation.
place is awful. the nurse didn’t know how to insert a catheter and caused my father to be taken to upper valley, after my mom begged for them to do it. there was too much blood in the catheter bag. long term residents spent most of the time outside smoking weed. i know it’s legal but made the place look like trash. if you love your family member, don’t sent them to this place
I needed to stay here for rehab on my ankle, they had to pretty much teach me to walk again. The nurses and other staff were amazing. If ever I need help again, they will be my first call. A special shout out to nurses Charles and Gabi.
Well kept facilities. Staff noted to be very friendly. Patient satisfaction apparent Highly recommended.
This place is awful. There was flies all over my grandma‘s room. They also put her to bed in her clothes and did not change her into night clothes., Her light would stay on for 45 minutes. She would lay in her own pee and feces for hours. I would not suggest putting your loved one in this facility. The whole facility needs to be revamped with people that actually care about patients needs. Thankfully, my grandma has been moved out of this facility into an amazing one where she is thriving, and not just laying in bed all day because people are too lazy to get her up
