Dropped off a patient here and it's absolutely the WORST place I have ever seen in my entire career. Place reeked of cigarette smoke the instant we walked in and some unclassy looking female receptionist was waddling around in pink pj's like she's at home or something. It was dirty and dusty everywhere and lacking basic nursing home supplies that most nursing homes have the common sense to stock. Room where we dropped off our pt had a broken floor heater that had pieces of it laying on the floor and their tvs are dusty old relics from the 1950s Era. 🤮 I wouldn't even let my pet goldfish here…

Also check out the nice decorative black mold on the outside for everyone to breathe in and get sick on. 😫 absolutely HORRENDOUS PLACE. 0 STARS.

As soon as you step into the elevator it begins! floors are dirty with trash getting off the elevator as soon as it opens all you smell is urine, patient room filled with rubbish behind everything trash buckets filled no tvs at all in patients room dirty bed mats just laying over the heaters it's not inviting at all just sad and smelly 😔
Good for man only
Very disappointed in metro hospital for sending my loved one there without telling me and the administrator lied and told me that the entire building was a psych building when only the 4th floor was psych and she shouldn't have been on that floor anyway because she is not a psych patient building is in terrible shape and it smells horrible in there needs to be remodeled immediately and on top of that they neglected her and she almost passed away due to her sugar levels being way too low if you have someone in need of care do not send them there not a good place not even for a pet.
University Manor is unclean and They rooms doesn’t not look like the pictures on the website. They are disordered organize some of the CNAS and nurses are rude. You cannot recognize them because they do not wear a name tags when we use to visit my uncle they used to be female hair weave on his sheets. You could tell that he wasn’t groomed Also chip paint on the wall I was not recommend this place for even a dog
