Staff treat all residents with dignity and respect. I would recommend this facility over anyplace I've experienced in my lifetime. Truly amazing work being done there. Thank you

They made sure to cater to her needs and made her feel like a valued individual every single day. My name is Crystal B. - a sister to a resident at Embassy of Valley View. They have been the only group facility that has made a breakthrough with my brother. He has done so well, and it all has to do with the level of attention and care he is given each day. I wish that he had went to this facility before he had went to any other. They wasted no time learning what it was he was needing to get through the anxiety he was experiencing and once they accomplished that, he has been very happy, active and helpful there. We have had such a great experience and if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Thank you Valley View staff, you have ALL been an absolute answer to prayer. Special mention to Charla, she's a very special lady with a dedication to seeing their residents reach their full potential.
I have a family member that has been in the facility for 6 months, Best care ever!! They really love him and take care of him like family!! I cannot say enough about the staff, laundry, kitchen custodial! they are all top notch. Charla has been our lifeline she goes above and beyond daily.
Nice to drive by and see everyone sitting on front porch enjoying the day.
Cheers for the Easter weekend staff!! Rachel, Anna, Vickie, Beverly, Marcella, Jess and the cook staff for providing extra loving care to me and the residents. The staff was always on the move and interacting with the residents. Great TEAMWORK.
If you value your loved ones , you’ll stay far from here , both my family members DIED from their negligence ! Falling down led to the death of both within one year of each other . It’s nasty and stinks and they are very rude and all they care about is the greenback dollar ! They should be closed down! If you think husband and wife dying from falls is a safe place think again! Pathetic place and they should be SHUT DOWN!
