My grandmother stayed with Vital Care Homes for a few days of respite care, and she had an amazing experience. The staff was kind, caring, and kept me informed throughout her stay, which gave me great peace of mind. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free. Crystal is literally an Angel from above! We chose Vital Care & it was THE MOST pleasurable experience from beginning to end. We trusted the care of our father at Vital Care for one week & we couldn't be happier. Crystal has the patience of an angel. Everything was explained to us thoroughly, our father was catered to (with having dementia) and Crystal kept our family abreast of our dad's status 💙 ensuring he was well & in very good hands. Her themed suites for resident hobbies, homemade meals, cleanliness, one on one conversations, status checks, & personal care plan, were all Top Notch. Our family is very pleased with Crystal at Vital Care Homes. Crystal not only went above and beyond with caring for our loved one, she exceeded our expectations & you can tell this is her calling.
