2.7 · 45 reviewsThe Good: First I need to say that the Nurses, Social Workers and other staff people are fantastic. Some of them are the best people I've ever met. Unfortunately they are understaffed and overworked. The Bad: The top Administrators/Management seem to only care about keeping you there to fell beds. They keep you uninformed, ignore your requests and are less than truthful. ...and The Ugly: The Management will make you suffer if they don't like you, or if you complain.
This place is no help for patients they treated my father like shit until we transferred him out and died a few weeks later because of this worthless place. Do not send family here I wont even send the rats or roaches that live on West 25th street
Haven't been in over 10 skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitations I have to say this facility rates High on my list hoping to be able to stay longer providing my insurance approves it. Intense physical therapy and the staff from nurses to AIDS are very professional, courteous and helpful. Would recommend this facility to anyone who needs recovery or even long-term care

This place put me in a facility were the care was totally unacceptable when I wanted to leave they showed me nicer buildings just a side walk away the food was sub standard care clean it was not
My son school had a Field trip up there on Halloween Day in he ❤️ it that’s all he been talking about thank you so much for everything yall made the kids day so fun & Special yall did a great awesome Job 😊❤️
I've been here 4 years and I love it here. That's why I don't leave haha.
Too much to say but only some things were satisfactory others parts were very poor treatment and conditions
The Rehab Department is the greatest, there are also some great nurses there.Thank to Dana and Isaiah they are the Greatest
