My mom was transferred here from arbors and like arbors they did nothing for you. My mom was complaining of a UTI here and at arbors and all they had to say was it was all in her head. Fast forward after she was released she started having seizures and ended up in the hospital. The UTI lead to a kidney infection and put her down really bad. She could have lost her life due to these homes carelessness. This place and Arbors will be reported. If you cherish your loved ones life don’t send them to these places
Don't let the old pictures fool you. This place is dilapidated, dirty, and disgusting. The staff is always friendly to me, but the level of care provided is minimum at best. My family member's room is always dirty, bedsheets are rarely clean, and I never see any staff engaging with any residents. It is a dismal place and I would caution against placing a loved one here.
AWFUL! Transferring a family member out of this place.
A total dump.
This place is very unsafe and the staff are overwhelmed. They never tell you that there a psych ward with the environment completely uncomfortable.
