Every single person she interacted with went above and beyond to make her feel at home and ensure they were doing everything they could for her. The food and the staff at the restaurant are top of the line. Every meal I enjoyed with her there was incredible and the servers were so thoughtful and kind. My grandma was a resident at Willow Brook Village for a few years and I cannot say enough great things about the care she received. Every single person she interacted with went above and beyond to make her feel at home and ensure they were doing everything they could for her. The food and the staff at the restaurant are top of the line. Every meal I enjoyed with her there was incredible and the servers were so thoughtful and kind. The nurses and those who took care of her loved her like she was their own grandma. After she passed, tons of members of the Willow Brook staff attended her calling hours and were telling this how much she meant to them. The janitorial staff keep her room in pristine condition and were always so kind to her. Even the front desk staff was always extremely welcoming and kind whenever someone from our family walked in. If you are looking for care that is above and beyond, Willow Brook Village is in a league of their own.
It is a pleasure for me to share how wonderful it was to work with Lora Bliss as I navigated all the details of becoming a resident of Willow Brook Village. There was a lot to do in a short period of time. Lora was very helpful, thorough, patient and kind. She literally spent hours and hours with me dealing with tech companies to get my phone land line saved and transfered. This would not have happened without Lora's effort and persistence. My mother-in-law moved in to Willow Brook when she needed more support after living independently. The move was a struggle for her. However, the care she received from all of the staff and administrators was beyond our expectations. Because of this she felt at home there, truly loved her staff and made lasting friendships with residents. We are eternally grateful for Willow Brook!

I am so grateful for the incredible care and attention given to the residents at this facility. From the moment residents arrive, the staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and valued. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing the best care possible.The management team works hard to ensure the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and constantly improving with new projects aimed at benefiting the entire community. The residents truly feel at home, and the care they receive is both personal and compassionate. I can confidently say that this facility stands out for its commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and caring environment. Oh my! No better place to live than Willow Brook Christian Village! My mother is a Centrum assisted living resident there, and I am a frequent visitor and volunteer. Caring for 80+ residents in the healthcare areas is a big task for housekeepers and aides and they do it well and with loving kindness.
My grandmother was recently at Willow Brook Christian Village & we cannot say enough great things about their hospitality. Their employees went above & beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable & adapting well to her new environment. The clinical staff kept me updated with any concerns & worked with me to address them. The facility is extremely clean & well taken care of. Willow Brook Christian Village has an exceptional team & goes well above the other facilities my grandmother has been to!

My grandparents live in independent living and the food is great, I’ll go there and eat lunch with them. The staff is super friendly and the executive director has been there for many years is very approachable and experienced. Very clean establishment!
