As a professional who has come to this facility for over 13 years, I want to voice my appreciation to all of the wonderful staff who always provide such kind care to our mutual patients. The staff is always quick to help me or answer questions. There is always some fun activity taking place for the residents during the day. The world of healthcare is such a difficult place these days and WNR works very hard to provide the best care possible.

This facility is a lovely place , I recommend it to anyone who wants patient , caring & kind staff . This is the place to go if you need a quick to home return . Their therapy services are top notch!!!
I have been receiving outpatient therapy at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation for the past 2 months. Jason, my therapist, has been incredible and honestly has been life changing for me. Prior to receiving therapy I was experiencing considerable pain when walking, which is horrible because I am very active. I’m very happy the pain has been greatly alleviated. Thank you Wilmington Nursing Rehab!
