3.0 · 31 reviewsI just want to say thank you so much to Xenia health and rehab especially for everything they do. Especially, I’m very impressed with their physical therapy side. They did an amazing job to get my uncle back on his feet again after his hip surgery. He’s able to bare weight again and walk, and was even able to go home after all the encouraging and help they did for him. Very very thankful for them .
This place is discussing.. my god it needs rehab so ɓad. Scared me out the firat day. No wonder my wife wanted to leaves only for rehabed and drugged up on pills. If the place burns down because the out let sparked and is loose. This pĺace is terrible. The girls work there are gretat no problems. Lets see if it burns down.
I was transferred from Soin Hospital to Xenia Health & Rehab to finish recuperating from major foot surgery. Due to bad experiences we when my father was homes in Xenia, I was a little skeptical about Xenia health & rehab. I was definitely surprised with everyone. EVERYONE is absolutely wonderful. Very caring. They are a great team and ALL work well together.! From administration to the nurses, aids, housekeeping and the therapy team is a great ! I was transferred from Soin Hospital to Xenia Health & Rehab to finish recuperating from major foot surgery. Due to bad experiences we when my father was homes in Xenia, I was a little skeptical about Xenia health & rehab. I was definitely surprised with everyone. EVERYONE is absolutely wonderful. Very caring. They are a great team and ALL work well together.! From administration to the nurses, aids, housekeeping and the therapy team is a great ! Everyone works well together and show excellent service with all clients., rather they are there for therapy or as a long-term resident. You don't hear, "that's not my job". It's more like what they can do to help each other and try to make feel home away from home. It's like being at a country home....I want thank ALL staff helping to get better. Also has a great therapy group. If anyone needs to go for rehab or need to put a love in a nursing home, highly recommend Xenia Health and Rehab.. Sincerely Darlene Blair

I delivered groceries to a resident here and two lovely ladies helped me carry all the groceries to the room place seems pretty cool. Everyone was nice.
My grandma goes here and the food worker Kristan has rolled her eyes, spoken disrespectful, and has said numerous threats to her.. nothing has been done and we have asked plenty of times for her removal.. imagine the things she’s been saying to other patients.. just sad
Solid Facility with a solid company.
I personally am going on my brother's experience here. My brother and I are positive thinking folks, who take into consideration every aspect of a complicated situation. One difference my brother may have compared to other residents, is that this is his permanent home for now. He is a very loving, jovial human who makes the best of every situation. I am so proud of him! He rarely complains about the interworking of the staff; or facility in general. He is grateful for kindness that comes his way. I live for our phone calls....full of laughter and clever jokes! He is quick to point out the members of staff, visitors and residents who touch him. That makes me feel good! I believe he touches them, also. However, one huge complaint! I have heard in detail about the horrible food situation. I find this completely unacceptable! There is absolutely no reason for this. This facility makes enough moolah to at least insure HOT , balanced, varied, tasty food. He tried to talk to the head dietician, to no avail. I have read that many others agree. These residents are having a hard enough time. They deserve quality food! I implore you to please put this problem as a huge priority for your residents. Please follow up with some specifics or I am going to look into possible legal avenues to see what can be done. My best friend is a reputable attorney, who has been an advocate for several social services ranging from senior care to child protection. She will will be able to assist me in this extremely important matter. I appreciate your cooperation, attention, and compassion in addressing this crucial issue. Sincerely, Elizabeth Graeter
