This place should not be in business! It is horribly understaffed and the staff is inattentive. Call light response time is abysmal. They barely offer residents water! My grandfather almost died as a result of being at this hell hole for 20 days. DO NOT place anyone you love in this facility.
This is a horrible facility. I wouldn’t want to be admitted here if I was I dead. The staff is no where to be found, and if you do find them, it’s not like they’re doing their job.
Love the care that my loved one is receiving! So does she, everyone is attentive to her needs and goes out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. The facility is always clean and never stinks! I would highly recommend.
This is not a nursing home ppl this is a prison. The nurses are very rude the nursing home is NOT a place that you would want to bring someone you truly love and care about. The are under staffed and the place looks scary it reminds me of a haunted house. There is no comfortable happy feeling when you first walk in the home. I wouldn't recommended no one to bring there loves here. Bad place
The facility is clean but the nurses need help. This facility is extremely under staffed. My grandmother was there after a heart attack and it took forever for the nurses to come to the room for assistance. They were not lazy but they were definitely OVER worked.
