My experience at this location was pleasant and I was taken good care of. The staff did their best to accommodate my stay according to my needs. I would use this location again if I needed their rehabilitation services again. I was pleased with the service I received.
I had to go and put my mother in bed along with changing her picking up clothes off the floor as well as dirty linen also I witnessed a hoyer residents sitting in chair since the time I came I left there at 8:30pm there was a resident that had been ringing since I got there and No One answered her light for 2 hours That 7pm-7am is terrible staffing
The facility looks good, but the care is far from it patients in bed for long hours with bed sores, the facility don't have proper sized depends for some bigger patients so instead they use cheap quality diapers that fail after applying them on residents, call lights go unanswered for more than 10-15 minutes. Staff not pay attention to the condition of resdents. This is the worse ran facility I've seen in a long while, but it looks good with big screen tvs and a cafeteria that's ready to order anything from burgers to chicken sandwiches and fries, and just learned this is the same place where…

The staff I encountered were very friendly but I do have to say the facility seemed to be short staffed. There was one person that did stand out her name is Latasha Perry I believe. She had a big beautiful smile everytime we saw her. I could tell she cared about the residents by the way she would talk to them and by her interactions with them she really improves their quality of life.
All of my 5 stars go to Latasha Perry, Activities Director. Her enthusiasm is so often shown through her smiles, the way she makes eye contact, and her upbeat manner, even in challenging situations. From what I had been able to observe, it appears the residents like her and enjoy the various activities she provides. Tasha.... Keep Up The Good Work.!!
Latasha Perry is very caring, compassionate and detail oriented when it comes to patient care. She's very helpful to the patient's family and friends as far as keeping them updated on status of patients care and progress. These updates make the patients family and friends feel confident about the care they loved one is receiving.
terrible facility! residents talk to the aides there to help them crazy then DNR the staff there to help them instead of letting residents know to treat they staff better ! ALSO they let the night shifts nurse sleep the whole shift and not round on there pts either !!
