TV PUT IN ANOTHER PERSON'S ROOM, CASH MISSING, SPECIAL QUILT MOM HAD MISSING. MOM WAS DROPPED 3XS ONLY REPOTED ONCE AND THE DROP WAS ABSOLUTELY THEIR NEGLIGENCE THEY ADMITTED THE NEGLIGENCE. I WON'T EVEN GO INTO MY BROTHER THAT WAS ON HOSPICE IN THAT FACILITY WITHIN 3 DAYS GONE. HE WAS NEWLY DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER. HE WAS UP AND TALKING WALKING ETC BEFORE GOING THERE WITHIN 3 DAYS GONE. The staff here are awesome.. They are so caring and take such good care of our loved ones if you are here visiting a family member and need anything at all the staff are happy to help.
People were friendly and nice nurses done good job and the helpers were nice but the food was not very good always cold the trays were always set in the hallways for several minutes before they bring them in

How dare you guys take individuals to the zoo in a heat wave of 103 with no air conditioning in the shuttles!!!! Making two go unconscious. NEGLECT AND ABUSE!!! You know it's bad when the state troopers tell you to UNLOAD THEM!!
◾️ high rating so this IMPORTANT announcement is seen. If you want rude staff & your family member/loved one to be neglected then I recommend this “company”. Kayla is extremely rude. I witnessed her duck under the desk while in a chair to hide from my family and I, move back up with a sigh. She was trying to avoid her mistake! Half of the staff is nice & will apologize for the mistake of other neglectful staff. We had 1 single nurse give us updates such as a fall while the “favorite” staff states they won’t do calls. You will also have to hunt someone down to get names as they won’t tell you when they are in the wrong. I am trying my hardest to get my loved one far away from the “torture they do to us” (quote from current patient/resident). Another statement, “you’re light is throw away & door is shut if you ask for too much or a bother.” I beg you, choose ANYWHERE else. Please
My father was a resident at Arbors of Pomeroy after his stroke. He was admitted to hospice for end of life care. The staff went above and beyond for my dad and also the rest of our family. A big THANK YOU to the hard working aids and nurses for providing excellent care.
Just wanted to write on here to say that I live in Arizona and I call frequently to check on my dad each time I call. I have a great update from Irene shout out Irene for all the hard work that she does and always gives me a great update. I really appreciate it, thank you
