You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in, and all the employees are so helpful and kind! The residents here are truly loved!!
This place is unbelievable Saturday night January 3rd 2026 in the main entrance this place was wide open no security anybody could have just walked in there was a snow shovel dead center I had to pick it up and move it there were two ladies that walked right by me talking on the phone ignored me I called unit that I wanted and they basically almost hung up on me before I could talk to them would not recommend this place at all your loved one could be kidnapped robbed or whatever I've seen some bad ones but I will definitely not put my love on here.

Mother in law only been here for a few months and went to hospital this weekend (August 30, 2025) BROKEN RIBS, TEAR IN GUT AND INFECTED SCRATCH ON LEG!!! This place has lost her clothing and gives no care in the world about her needs She may have dementia but still human the unit she is in is nothing more than a cold ugly hospital room. Her meds are changed with her POA having no knowledge of it or that she was hurt as hospital said ribs were broken a few weeks ago and tear in gut is from some kind of extreme impact. Funny no pictures of it anywhere in the website photos. People, these patients have no way of telling you they are being abused here. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. The issues my family have experienced here seem right in line with all the other bad reviews. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved ones.
Roaches in Breakroom, mice in courtyard crawling up walls, piss & feces on the floor in some units & resident's rooms, ants infested in residents rooms, and gnats coming out of drains. NOPE! ALL OF THE ARBORS ARE TRASH!

A pungent smell of bodily fluids in every unit. Residents with feces filled pants walking around, some slipping out onto the floor. Most disgusting facility I had the displeasure of being in.
