Good experience at start of my daughter's stay. They have been great up till recently but staff is constantly changing Good ones leaving and aids changing all the time. Waiting long time for someone to answer call lights. Very clean and mostly nice staff, though going thru staff and letting them leave due to cutting benefits for them. What a shame
I have been a resident of Arlington Pointe for 7 years. I want to say the staff great. The best are Emma, Hanna, Sam, Susan. Dania, Tami and Nakema.
When in to visit my friend .... she needed to be changed ..I walked into the bathroom in her room and toilet was disgusting very nasty.then a nurse walks in I showed it to her she said I think you are on my list to be changed.it was only 2and half hours too late !
I just checked in today. It’s 2:20 am and I’m still sitting here waiting for the nursing staff at this nursing home to bring me my meds, and set up my c pap. I keep asking and they keep telling me it’s on the way. What kind of place keeps a cancer patient with a broken arm from getting their meds? I’m wanting to go home tomorrow.
This place is just horrible! Staff don’t read the full assignment before they seen him.We took my brother in on a Thursday and Saturday we took him out ! He has ALS, he isn’t moble from the neck on down, wouldn’t give his medicine to him on time they only give meds at 9am and 9pm, he gets meds 4times a day, his medication wasn’t there for him when he got there either . The nurse removed his breathing mask for a few minutes, and he needs it to breathe and keep him a live. Nurse had NO IDEA what she was doing, and denied that she didn’t remove his mask. They didn’t have the proper food to feed him with, he can only eat soft foods, only gave him applesauce and mashed potatoes no protein. They told him they didn’t have time to feed him when they served his breakfast to him on Friday. No one knew how to use a hoyer lift, so he didn’t go to bed until 2 am on Friday morning, which he should have been put to bed by 9 or 10pm on Thursday evening, this happened in his first day there! My brother is only 60 years old, my brother left there sick and now having a difficult time recovering. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS ! I suggest NOT to put your loved one in this place!
My dad was at this facility for over three months and the staff at Arlington Pointe was very friendly and patient. The facility is also kept very clean.
This review is a continuation of my 5 star care team on the 500 hall. These professionals are the bomb. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Amy Spivey, Courtney Cook, Susie RN., Jody RN , Jessica RN Skye, Nakema.. The kitchen crew, Rae Rae, Joey and Denise. This review written 5/28/2025. I'm going to be very glad to return here for my care after my knee replacement
I like giving my flowers to those who can still accept them. I was in rehab from since 4/23. At this time of this review, I'm still here. I had the best care team who I will mention shortly. Professionalism at its best. My care team are as follows: Jackie RN, Amy RN,DustinRN. Jonae PCT, Iris,PCT, Elijah,PCT. Katelyn, PT and Katie. OT. They were all fantastic. Hopefully I will return back here when I have my Knee replacement. At least they will all know me because I'm a hoot😂😂😂. Love to meet new friends and never meet a stranger. Kudos to Arlington Pointe and all of the beautiful people that took great care of me.❤️❤️❤️❤️
