3.9 · 62 reviewsMy roommate has been trying to get his mother moved to a better care facility. This nursing home has dodged calls and ignored requests to fill out transfer paperwork. Next step, getting the police involved. Think twice before moving your loved one here.
Great facility, currently undergoing renovations. Recently purchased by an outstanding company that’s been established in the Cincinnati Area for years. Very clean, great therapy, and fun atmosphere!
Came to visit a loved one and this facility looked very clean and smelled amazing. I had the pleasure to speak with the housekeeping manager and I let her know how great of a job they were doing. You can really tell she talks pride in her job. Keep up the great work housekeeping.

My dad was place here a few weeks ago and I have yet to be able to get in contact with his case manager and get a game plan on his rehabilitation plan. His room was dirty bathroom had no soap. Overall I am very disappointed in this place and the situation that is going on with the care of my dad
I met the management Team 1 year ago and found a dynamic group of support , and professional Leaders. I strongly recommend touring so the vision can be witnessed. Thank you Team for all you do to care for residents and families.
Nasty, dirty, No wi-fi terrible food, no one answer the phone at desk or nursing station. Nurse's can't clock in or order meds NO WI-FI SMH
