A nighttime shift registered nurse threatened me with not doing anything about my clogged catheter. Then, when she changed it, she used a size 3 diameters bigger, without a doctor's order, which isn't permitted! Her supervisor rubber-stamped it, with the justification that my smaller catheter kept clogging! DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVES HERE! THE LEVEL OF NEGLIGENCE AND LAZINESS BY THE STAFF IS DISGUSTING! I have an entire list of what I experienced here!

I went to go visit my sister in law And I saw something...POOP ON PAPER and I'm not talking about toilet paper im talking about WRITING PAPER!! They left at least one dozen residents in a room BY THEIRSELVES!!

David M. received excellent care at the Center. We can't remember everyone's name, because there were so many. But...... Deb, Ashley, Laura, Rachel and the therapy folks were fantastic as well as they got me up and moving. Thank you to Brad, Pete and the rest of the therapy folks. Also a thank you to the receptionist that greeted me each day with a smile. Sorry can't remember name. Anyway, thanks to all that helped David for over 2 weeks. David and Diane

I want to Thank AHC for their excellent service to me during my Rehab there. Special mention to my Rns June, Cujo, Kathy & Comfort. Nurse Assistants Bridgette and Cam gave me special attention to the meals I was so limited that exchanging a cup of coffee for tea meant everything when you don't have a choice of food to eat. Cam did wash my hair after my trip to the hospital and being sick 🤢. She worked with my matted hair like a pro. She doesn't want it known. Lol. I want to send flowers 🌺🌺🌺 to them all including my great Housekeepers.

The worst! My husband was there 3 weeks, first day there it took 16 hours to get his pain meds after a very intense surgery. He had 3 showers in 3 weeks, and that's after I complained for 3 days. No one calls you back about anything, there is literally no communication between staff and management. And as far as their "delicious meals and snacks" they are so horrible that even the staff warned us about them! PT was hit and miss, some days he didn't even get it.

Every CNA here should be fired, and a couple of the nurses. Absolute garbage works here.

It has been a plassuremeetingthe staff and one in particular stands out, Bridgett for her ability to multitask and still keep a smile

Today was the first day I went to this place to see my wife she was just admitted there. I was very impressed. The rooms are more like home with end tables and lamps. And even a dresser. When I first walked in I went to the front desk to find out her room number. A man overheard me saying her name on address so he introduced himself and took me to her room. He was her physical therapist. I watched as he did his job and explained everything he was doing for her. He even said he would bring his little dog in to visit her as she is badly missing her own at home . In my opinion, this place rocks ! ...
