We had to make this decision after a fall at home and brief hospital stay. The entire staff is so kind, so helpful—-the administrators and nursing staff are very open to communication and troubleshooting best practices with our mom and her memory loss. When I visit, I always take her out on the patio to warm in the sun and listen the birds, unless there is a fun activity happening. we personalized her room and the laundry is done on site. Our mom was placed, by chance, at Aventura at Assumption Village and I feel that we were very lucky to get this opportunity. We had to make this decision after a fall at home and brief hospital stay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aventura at Assumption Village. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to. Everyone we have interacted with has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in providing the best care possible. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aventura at Assumption Village. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to. Everyone we have interacted with has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in providing the best care possible. The facility is clean, comfortable, and has a warm atmosphere that feels much more like home than a nursing facility. What stands out the most is the way the staff treats the residents—with patience, dignity, and respect. Choosing a facility for someone you love can be incredibly difficult, but Aventura at Assumption Village has given us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in caring and capable hands. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for everything they do each day. Highly recommend Aventura at Assumption Village to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

The building is clean, food is great, (way better than the hospital!) the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Lindsay from administration always follows up with us and has been extremely helpful to my family.
We had a wonderful experience at Adventure at Assumption Village. The management team was attentive, responsive, and really seemed to care. The activities staff did a great job encouraging him to participate and keeping the residents involved. The nursing staff was the highlight. Both the nurses and aides are quick to respond to call lights.We’ve had our share of experiences with other nursing facilities, and this was a diamond in the rough.
The care they provided my aunt while she was here for rehab was excellent! The staff worked hard to help her regain her strength, confidence, and most importantly her independence. She is home now and doing great! Thank you to all of the staff who helped her through this journey.

Very friendly and professional staff. Caring and understanding of their patients and family. It's the cleanest nursing home my dad has been in for physical therapy.
