My Mom spent several weeks at Avenue at Strongsville as she required rehab following a hospital stay. Understandably, I was worried about leaving her anywhere, but I was extremely pleased with the care Mom received there. From the caring nurses, aides, and therapy team, Mom received the care and attention she needed in order to return home. Additionally, the nurses and aides always made sure Mom was taken to various activities which she enjoyed!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Avenue at Strongsville for the wonderful care they provided to one of our residents from The Villas at Bakers Ridge. As the Property Manager at The Villas at Bakers Ridge, it's incredibly reassuring to know our residents are in such good hands when they need short-term rehabilitation. One of our residents recently completed rehab at Avenue and returned home so happy. As the Property Manager at The Villas at Bakers Ridge, it's incredibly reassuring to know our residents are in such good hands when they need short-term rehabilitation. One of our residents recently completed rehab at Avenue and returned home so happy. Before she was even discharged, the team had already coordinated her in-home physical therapy, making the transition back home seamless. Throughout her stay, the communication from the Avenue team was excellent. They kept us informed and truly demonstrated how much they care about the people they serve. Several of our residents even went to visit her and came back saying, *"It looks like a hotel, and she was treated like a queen."* Hearing that meant so much. Something else that really stands out is the consistency of their team. In an industry where turnover can be common, it's refreshing to see so many familiar faces who are committed to providing exceptional care. Thank you to everyone at Avenue at Strongsville for your compassion, professionalism, and dedication. It truly makes a difference in the lives of the residents and families you serve.

Our mom's experience at the Avenue was very positive. We were pleased with the care our mom received. Most of the staff went above and beyond to help our mom feel comfortable - with special shout outs to Kara and her activity staff, nurses Nikita and Jessica, STNA's Victoria, Arturo, and Madison, and all the PT's and OT's! These people were gentle, loving and kind - and we appreciate that our mom felt their love and attention. Jennifer in finance helped us navigate the financial aspect and we greatly appreciated her guidance. Nobody takes care of your loved ones like you would, but when a…

My dad just arrived home from a two month stay at Avenue at Strongsville and this facility is special. I have had experience with many facilities in the area with both parents, unfortunately, and Avenue at Strongsville far and away exceeds all the rest. The Staff, from top to bottom, truly care about their patients in a way I have not experienced before in a facility such as this. The admissions department, transportation staff, nursing staff, rehab staff, aides - all were 100% top notch, all class, professional, hard working, above and beyond, great people. I never had to follow up or ask them for anything, they just handled it. Shout out to Andrea in Admissions, Andrea in Rehab, Arturo, and so many more that impacted my father's life, health, and ability to improve and get home under trying circumstances. I recommend this facility 100% to anyone looking for a safe place for their family member or friend, and you can rest assured they will do their best for them. Very clean, classy facility - beautifully kept grounds and interior, but the staff is what makes this place go - PLEASE KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING! Thank you all so much, we will never forget you! Very clean, very quiet, very nice people! In a very safe area!!!

My stay at the Avenue at Strongsville was my first experience at a rehab facility. I would definitely select them again if I ever needed to. The physical and occupational therapy group was wonderful many thanks to Andrea Sam Julia Jeremy Emily Debbie and Brigit they work very hard to try and get everyone in to keep them moving. Nurses also work very hard and are often shorthanded by call offs which it’s a burden on them I’d like to single out the ones who helped me the most those being Jenna a night nurse and Heather Neena Matt and Lillian who were all aces in my book. Also PCA’s who were attentive and showed kindness every day especially Tori Leilani Ashley and Marisa their kindness helps heal the spirit more than they may ever know. Cara the activities director always try’s to keep things fresh interesting and engaging. And no Cara you don’t look foolish working out with Paul Eugene. I’m sure I may have forgotten a few but there were so many names to remember. The facility is welcoming and provides something for everyone. Also thanks to Melvin their transportation person and Ray on their janitorial staff. I will miss all of them and remember them all fondly. I’ll also miss my afternoon sunny hallway. Thank you making my stay as best an experience as I could have had. Sincerely Tom

Do yourself a favor and look into to all the lawsuits this company has had. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! There was also a recent channel 19 article out. Don't allow them to hurt your relative with neglect and abuse!

Guy who drives the bus for Strongsville Avenue is a cigarette smoker. Probably smokes inside the bus when not driving the residents around. Wouldn't want Dad and Mom to have to go in that bus where everything inside is covered in his poison, tar film, cigarette stink. The other day (Mid January 2026), I saw him getting out of the Avenue residents bus at Strongsville GFS parking lot, then walking to GFS with his lit poison, stink cigarette. Then he stunk up the inside entrance area at GFS with his poison, stink cigarette smoke.
