4.4 · 25 reviewsStaff are friendly. The aide of the person we visited was very interested in the patient. She asked what he likes doing, we said video games. She said she will bring him one tomorrow.
My brother in law has terminal cancer so the hospital sent him to Ayden to get some rehab so he could at least go to the bathroom by himself. The employees at this establishment were fantastic. They took excellent care of him and did everything that I asked of them. I couldn't of asked for a better bunch of people. And Hillary is the best, she arranged every bit of transportation he needed and just seemed to just take care of everything. I don't know what you pay her but maybe you could give her a big fat raise. She truly deserves one.
Big thanks to all ..including Teresa and the nursing staff , PT and others in dietary. I was in Ayden after back surgery for a full week. I was taken care of very well from call lights being answered in a timely manner to being treated with respect . The nurses helped me many times with the tv cause i couldnt figure it out. It felt like home . The food was good although the portions were alot. If you didnt like some things you could get something else. Everyone was very personable and treated me like family. My stay was enjoyable and i felt safe.

I had high hopes for my brother going for rehab for a broken back. If they are there to help people recover they miss the mark! They talk “pretty” but do not follow thru. Missing 3 doses of a med is unacceptable in my opinion! This is definately a “for profit” care facility—-I feel bad for the employees
My mother in is at Ayden Healthcare in Wauseon Ohio. They are excellent at communication. Always helpful with any questions we have. The atmosphere is amazing. Ty for taking great care of my mother in law!
My friend’s grandmother has been at Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon and has had a really positive experience. The staff has been attentive and caring, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their residents’ well-being. It’s been reassuring to see her receive such good care. Would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for quality healthcare services for their loved ones.
The Director of Nursing Teresa, is always making sure my mother Tina is well taken care of. The nurse that takes care of my mom, Nicole, is phenomenal! Rhonda the head of dietary, is always making sure my mother has what she needs! The laundry is amazing! My moms laundry is always done and freshly folded every time it needs done! This facility as a whole is a very precise and well rounded team! I am forever grateful for the care my mother Tina has gotten and continues to get!
The head nurse is always checking on my grandma & making sure she’s comfortable and content! Very thankful for what she does!
